We created the International F2F Fundraising Congress to provide a global platform for learning, skill sharing and innovation in face-to-face fundraising. Our aim is to help develop, professionalise and address shared challenges of face-to-face fundraising – still the primary source of new donors worldwide – by bringing together expert speakers to host interactive, outcome-driven sessions.

He explains how UNICEF has launched a new strategy that prioritizes supporter lifetime value and quality-focused key performance indicators, and outlines the changes made across the whole process to improve the donor experience and break down silos.
