We created the International F2F Fundraising Congress to provide a global platform for learning, skill sharing and innovation in face-to-face (F2F) fundraising. Our aim is to help develop, professionalise and address shared challenges of F2F fundraising – still the primary source of new donors worldwide – by bringing together expert speakers to host interactive, outcome-driven sessions.

In this article, Daniel McDonnell, UNICEF Face-to-face specialist, discusses the need for charities to shift their focus towards achieving sustainable revenue and increasing the lifetime value of a face-to-face recruited donor. He explains how UNICEF has launched a new strategy that prioritizes supporter lifetime value and quality-focused key performance indicators, and outlines the changes made across the whole process to improve the donor experience and break down silos.
