What is the International Face-to-Face Fundraising Congress?
The International Face-to-Face Fundraising Congress is a global learning and exchange platform dedicated to face-to-face fundraising. It brings together professionals from nonprofit organisations, fundraising agencies, associations and other sector experts to share experiences, discuss current challenges and shape the future of F2F fundraising.
Who is the International F2F Fundraising Congress for?
The Congress is designed for everyone working in face-to-face fundraising, donor acquisition or campaign management – from fundraisers and team leaders to managers, decision-makers, agencies and sector experts. Whether you call it face-to-face, direct dialogue, street fundraising, door-to-door or canvassing, you are part of the global F2F fundraising community.
When and where does the 3rd International Face-to-Face Fundraising Congress take place?
The 3rd International Face-to-Face Fundraising Congress takes place from 15–17 March 2027 in Vienna, Austria.
The Congress venue is the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna, Rennweg 16, 1030 Vienna.

What language will the Congress be held in?
The Congress brings together participants and speakers from around the world. All sessions and programme activities are held in English, enabling the international F2F community to learn, discuss and exchange ideas together.
What can I expect from the Congress programme?
Expect a varied three-day programme featuring keynotes, interactive workshops, debates, panel discussions, parallel sessions and networking opportunities.
Sessions combine international perspectives, practical case studies and strategic discussions, with plenty of opportunities to actively exchange experiences with other participants.

Will there be opportunities to network with other F2F fundraising professionals?
Absolutely. Networking is an essential part of the International F2F Fundraising Congress.
Alongside the sessions, there will be dedicated opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with F2F professionals from different organisations, agencies and countries. This includes informal networking throughout the Congress as well as the official Congress Dinner Party.
Can I connect with the F2F community before the Congress?
Yes. Before meeting in Vienna, you can already connect, exchange knowledge and learn from the international F2F community at Face-to-Face: Connected on 8 September 2026.
This global online learning event brings together F2F practitioners and experts for practical case studies, new ideas, technology and innovation, lessons from real-world experiments and opportunities to exchange experiences across markets. The programme is offered live in two time slots to make participation possible across different time zones.
Participation in Face-to-Face: Connected is free of charge for participants of the 3rd International F2F Fundraising Congress.

What is included in the Congress ticket?
Your Congress ticket includes participation from Monday, 15 March at 12:00 pm until Wednesday, 17 March at 2:00 pm, including:
- access to all keynotes, workshops and Congress sessions
- networking activities
- catering throughout the Congress, including lunches and coffee breaks
- admission to the official Congress Dinner Party on Tuesday evening
Travel and accommodation are not included.
Are there different ticket categories or discounted tickets available?
Yes. Different ticket options are available, including limited Early Bird offers.
Organisations attending with three or more participants can benefit from special group rates. If financial circumstances or your location in a crisis-affected region make participation difficult, you are also welcome to contact us directly to discuss available support options.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person if I am unable to attend?
Yes. Your registration can be transferred to another participant.
Please send your request in writing to f2f-congress@fundraising.at by 10 March 2027 so that the participant details can be updated before the Congress.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to f2f-congress@fundraising.at.
Cancellation fees depend on when your cancellation is received: a 15% processing fee applies up to six months before the Congress, 50% of the participation fee up to three months before the Congress, and the full participation fee within three months of the event.

Where is the Congress venue and how do I get there?
The Congress takes place at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna, Rennweg 16, 1030 Vienna.
The venue is just a 3–5 minute walk from Wien Rennweg station. From Vienna International Airport, you can take the S7 suburban train directly to Rennweg; the journey takes approximately 25 minutes.
Are accommodation and travel included in the ticket price?
No. Travel and accommodation are not included in the Congress ticket.
A limited number of rooms has been reserved for Congress participants at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna, and several additional hotels are located nearby.

Do I need a visa to attend the Congress in Vienna?
Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa to travel to Austria. Participants are responsible for checking the applicable entry requirements and obtaining all necessary travel documents in time.
If you require supporting documentation from the Congress organisers for your visa application, please contact us as early as possible at f2f-congress@fundraising.at.
