With over 12 years experience in the fundraising sector. Starting my career as a F2F fundraiser. With main focus on finding new donors across all channels, keep F2F campaigns sustainable and find ways to recruit quality donors and improve retention.
I’m accountable for driving sustainable income and new supporter growth through management and ownership of an innovative, world class acquisition team, strategy and program portfolio.
This includes management, budgeting and forecasting of all integrated direct marketing programs to recruit new single and regular giving donors for The Foundation, using a range of offline and online channels including Face to Face, Direct Mail, Direct Marketing, Telemarketing, Digital and RG DRTV, while always testing new and emerging channels.
Leading the development and implementation of an innovative Acquisition strategy to achieve ambitious annual regular giving & single donor acquisition targets while ensuring sustainability and maximum return on investment. By driving an integrated multi-channel approach to donor acquisition that focuses on recruiting & retaining high quality donors.
