For the past 7 years she has worked to support Amnesty’s 30 F2F programmes across the globe – looking for ways to grow, optimise and innovate within their largest acquisition channel. (Gill started as a street fundraiser herself in London 16 years ago, and since then has managed agency teams as well as in-house F2F operations for British Red Cross and Amnesty International UK.)
