Eduardo has worked in CRM and customer experience since 2002. He has worked for pay TV companies in Brazil, where he oversaw areas such as database marketing, competitive intelligence, business intelligence, and CRM, always spotting opportunities in segmentation and behaviour patterns. He is experienced in developing customer relationships via loyalty programmes, with expertise in acquisition through different channels and relationship and retention rules. He has 13 years’ experience working for organisations such as Greenpeace, Habitat for Humanity, UNHCR in Brazil and UNICEF Portugal. Currently, Eduardo is part-time Data Insights Manager for Amnesty International Brazil and part-time Fundraising and Strategy Director for Trackmob.
