Flavia Lang Revkolevsky

Flavia is a mother and fundraising entrepreneur who helps NGOs to develop meaningful relationships with individual donors to make the world a greener, safer, fairer and more just place. Over 25 years, she has co-founded two businesses, a consultancy, and a project to innovate and respond to fundraising challenges in Brazil.  In addition, she held several executive leadership fundraising roles for international organisations such as Greenpeace, CARE and Plan International. Flavia is the managing partner of Tools4Change Brazil, a growing F2F fundraising company launched in 2019 that works with UNICEF, Oxfam and Amnesty International, among others.

Flavia is committed to supporting the development of fundraisers and she leads the Individual donor working group of the Brazilian Fundraising Association and represents the association at the IPFC. She is also a co-founder of a Women in Fundraising Network that helps the development of women as leaders and fundraisers.
